   PE Pipe Production Line is a kind of a machine which adopt basket die head or sprial shunt extrusion tube composite head design,it is easy to operate,the material is squeezed out evenly, sizing sleeve of pe pipe machine adopts unique grooving process and water ring cooling.

PE Pipe Extrusion Line includes the following machines:

1.Single screw extruder, including automatic feeder, heater, electrical control system, electrical control system can choose PLC control or frequency control system.

2.The mold material is 45# steel, basket design or sprial design can be choosed according to customer's demand.

3.Vacuum water tank, the legth of water tank is 6 meters, glass cover door, it is easy to observe the condition of plastic pipes.

4.The tractor adopts belt traction, speed is stable, production speed can up to 10 meters to 30 meters per minute.

5. Adopt chipless cutter.
