Description of PVC Plastic Profile Production Line:
1.The unit consists of twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, Haul off unit, cutter, film covering machine, stacker, etc.
It adopts imported AC frequency conversion or DC speed regulation to drive, and the temperature control instrument adopts imported brand.The calibration unit's pump and haul off adopt high-quality products,it is easy to maintain,after replacing the screw barrel and mold, the foam profile can be directly extruded, and the effect is better than that of a single screw.
