Main Components
- SJ50/30 Single Screw Extruder: Equipped with a high-quality alloy screw and barrel, specially designed for PE material extrusion. Features variable frequency drive for precise speed control and stable extrusion. Multi-zone temperature control system (PID-controlled) ensures consistent material plasticizing and energy efficiency.
- Corrugated Pipe Mold Block System: Precision-engineered mold blocks made from high-strength alloy steel with chrome-plated surfaces for durability and anti-corrosion. Quick-change design for flexible production of various pipe diameters.
- Corrugator (Forming Machine): Driven by a high-precision gear system for smooth and low-noise operation. Forced air-cooling ensures consistent pipe shape and supports higher production speeds. Fully synchronized with the extruder for accurate forming and dimension control.
