Description:

1. Special singgle screw extruder for polyolefin , having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.  Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin.

2. Specially designed 2-3 co-extruding die , reasonable channel , smooth outside and inside wall , and little internal stress. Producing pipe limit 20-160mm , manufacture velocity up to 15m/min.

3.May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube , ordinary PP-R , PE , PEX and PE-RT pipes.

4. It's equipped with high efficiency extruder, high torque reduction gear case, late model grooving barrel and LTM high efficiency screw, therefore, it could achieve large output and could really realize plasticizing in low temperature.

5. Application of PE / PPR pipe production line:Buliding hot and cold water system. Buliding heating system , including floor , wall heating system.

6. A casing pipe and is widely used for the protection of light cable and electric cable . This kind of pipes have many advantages, such as corrosion resistant light, easy to fix, long time to use etc. The pipes are widely used in high-way, municipal constructional, flats and so on.
