It is apply to produce PPR, PE-RT cold and hot water supply pipe. Equipped other extruder, different mold, it could produce PPR double-layer pipe, muti-layer pipe, PPR fiberglass reinforce pipe.

Description:

1. PE pipe extruder machine line : consists mainly of twin conical (parallel) screws extruder, vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off unit, cutting unit, tilter, etc.The raw material is PE powder.

2. Extruder with unequally distance wavy screw, uniquely designed by us, forced cooling but heterogomous spiral groove adding material section, equiped with high speed, low noise hard gear surface reducer, higher extrusion productivity, lower temperature of material and lower energy consumption.

3. PPR pipe production line is consist of SJ series extruder, mold, vacuum tank, spraying cooling tank, haul-off, no-dust cutting machine, stacker. It is apply to produce PPR, PE-RT cold and hot water supply pipe. Equipped other extruder, different mold, it could produce PPR double-layer pipe, muti-layer pipe, PPR fiberglass reinforce pipe.
 

4. This PE/HDPE/PP/PPR Pipe Extrusion Line is composed high efficient single-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul off, cutter and stake etc. The extruder and haul off adopt imported AC frequency control device, vacuum pump and haul off motors adopt high-quality products. The haul off methods are two-claw, three -claw, four-claw, and six-claw etc. You may choose saw blade cutting type or planetary cutting type. It is additionlly attached with length counter and intensifying device. This line is of reliable performance and high production effeciency.
