Description:

1. Special single screw extruder for polyolefin , having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization. separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin. specially designed 2-3 co-extruding die , reasonable channel , smooth outside and inside wall , and little internal stress.

2. Producing pipe limit 20-160mm , manufacture velocity up to 15m/min. May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube , ordinary PP-R , PE , PEX and PE-RT pipes.

3. PP/PE Production Line is mainly used in the production of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage, and cable laying,etc. purposes. The unit consists of conical double/ parallel double extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary(chipless) cutting machine, stacker and so on. And the line can be equipped with Comptroller thickening instrument or computer inkjet printer, etc. to achieve the production and manufacture of high-grade tubing.
