stacker. The extruder of WPC machine adopt special WPC screw and barrel for extrusion. With different mould, WPC machine can produce WPC products with different shapes.
Description:
1. Working flow of WPC(wood plastic) making machine
Feeder→ Conical Twin-screw Extruder → Mould →Calibration Table → Haul-off → Cutter → Stacker
(Note: Other Auxiliary Machine, such as crusher, mixer, etc. will be provided according to client's requirements)
2. Conical twin-screw extruder, suitable for processing PVC powder and WPC raw materials. Changing the moulds to produce many kinds of different PVC profiles. Auxiliary machine: Mixing unit, Mould, Vacuum calibration table, Haul-off machine, Cutter and Stacker.
3. Screw : Material of screw: 38CrMoAl ,Surface treatment: Nitriding processing, thickness: 0.6 ~ 0,8mm, Polishing Rotating speed (counter rotating): 1-34.7 rpm/min
Barrel: diameter conical 65/132 ,Inner processing: nitrided with thickness: 0.6 ~ 0.8mm
Heating zones: 4 ;Heating mode: Cast alumina + stainless steel covering.
