Description:
1. This Machine uses the special designed screw and barrel , die and extrusion process to produce plastic and wood products , the series of products are:One step thick plastic and wood plate extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood peofile extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood decoration plate extrusion machine , plastic and wood pelletizing machine and different kinds of plastic and wood dies.
2. Conical twin-screw extruder, suitable for processing PVC powder and WPC raw materials. Changing the moulds to produce many kinds of different PVC WPC profiles. Auxiliary machine: Mixing unit, Mould, Vacuum calibration table, Haul-off machine, Cutter and Stacker.

Applications:
PVC WPC plastic profile machine mainly use PVC, UPVC WPC as raw materials, production of various kinds of plastic doors and Windows profiles (plastic profiles, decorative profiles electric cable trunk,window profile,ceiling board), etc.
In addition,the machine can produce PE, PP or PVC WPC woodplastic profile products (the raw material is:Wood flour and add the amount of plant fiber high (up to 50-75%),mainly is used for trays, box board, flooring, outdoor decorative materials, use very extensive.
