Description:

PVC twin pipe production line
1. It is used to produce two PVC pipes from 16mm to maximum 63mm at the same time.
2. Easy operation: The two pipes work independently without effect on each other.
3. Independent vacuum and low power consumption.
4. Automatic cutting: High cutting speed as per the length you need.
5. Mobile printing system: Controlled by computer with accurate orientation.
6. The PVC pipe plastic machinery can save place, time and labor.

2. If using SJSZ51/105, the pipe range is 16-50mm. For 16-32mm pipes, you can use SJSZ65/132 extruder. It can produce 4 pipes at the same time. If use SJSZ80/156 extruder, pipe range is 16-63mm too. And it can produce 4 pipes at the same time.

3. The working process of PVC twin pipe production line:
Raw material+additive-----mixing-----feeding------conical double screw extruder-----mould -----vacuum calibration tank----- haul-off unit------cutting machine------stacker.
