Description:
1. Special single screw extruder for the use of polyolefine material , high speed extrusion and effective plasticization. The special detachment type mixing screw and the standard designed die with sprial structure & reasonable channel are applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside face.
2. Unique sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe scope 50-200mm , production speed is up to 0.6-1.5m/min. Machinery is in sole possession of the special design to sizing cooling way to make the speed for leading position of the same line.
3. The PE Spiral Pipe Production Line has characteristics of compact conformation, good appearance and high efficiency. By adopting high performance extruder and automation system, it runs stably and produces high quality pipes.
4. The PE Spiral Pipe Extrusion Line is mainly used for producing PE spiral pipe. This kind of pipe has characteristics of high strength, high toughness, anti-corrosion, light weight, long service life and anti-deformation; it is widely used in cable protection and vented exhaust. It is an ideal alternative of cast iron pipe, rubber pipe and PVC pipe.
