2. The unit adopts special-designed SJZ80 conical twin screw extuder. This production line mianly consist of the host extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacker and so on.
The host extruder using the computerized control panel, adopt the Japanese Omron temperature controller, AC/DC motor, ABB speed gonervor and SIMENS contactor.

3. The mold adopt the special treatment, it have the advancetage of foaming quaickly and foaming well.
