Description:
1. PVC foam board emachine adopts Celuka foaming technology. Compared PVC free foaming board, PVC celuka foaming board has not only much smoother surface, but also better surface hardness. In addition, mechanics performance of celuka foaming board is better than that of free foaming board.

PVC celuka foaming board extrusion line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, mould, calibration unit, natural cooling bracket, hall-off units, end cutter and stacker, our company can provide the formula and all the processing techniques. Featured with properties of high output, stable extrusion, even foaming, smooth and wearable surface, PVC foam board, equipped with the printing machine, laminating machine of hot stamping machine, can be made for wider application.
3. PRODUCTION PROCESSING
Material Mixing: PVC + additives or PVC + wood powder + additives
Extrusion Processing: Mixed material going through the extruder, Mould, calibration unit, cooling carrying roller and trimming cutter, and delivery device.
