Description of pvc foam board production line:

1. Screw adopt special designed mixing function and high plastication,to ensure the plastic melts evenly, it has high extrusion capacity.

2. Hanger mould head adopts special double throttling design to make sheet thickness easily adjusted.

3. Temperature control accuracy±1℃ can control the plasticizing process and sheet thickness smoothness.

4. Roller forming roller forming table using flat or vertical, can be free to lift in the thick plate operation process to provide more selective, improve the quality of plate.

5. The thickness control of sheet metal can be controlled by screw adjustment and hydraulic roller bidirectional adjustment.

6. Roller diameter is 350mm and double loop cooling system, with mold temperature control machine to control roller temperature to make uniform thickness.

8.
