Product Composition & Manufacturing
This HDPE geomembrane is manufactured using premium virgin HDPE material through a sophisticated 3-layer co-extrusion process. The composition includes 97.5% high-density polyethylene, approximately 2.5% carbon black for UV protection, along with trace amounts of antioxidant, heat stabilizing agent, anti-aging material, and UV absorbent. The material is free from other additives, fillers, or expanding agents, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
