The ZCB Series Desiccant Rotor Dehumidifier combines refrigeration and desiccant rotor technology to independently control both humidity and temperature in a single packaged unit. With a rated process airflow of 2500m³/h and capability to achieve RH ≤20% supply air parameters, this system delivers precise environmental control for demanding industrial applications.

Outside air enters through filters, passes through the cooling coil for temperature reduction, then moves through the desiccant wheel for dehumidification before being delivered to the controlled space.
Exhaust air provides energy recovery for the desiccant wheel, with heated air removing moisture adsorbed from the process air stream during regeneration.
