The ZCB Series Industrial Air Dehumidifier utilizes dual refrigeration and desiccant rotor technology to independently control both humidity and temperature within a single packaged unit. This hybrid approach ensures optimal environmental conditions for sensitive manufacturing processes.
Supply Air Stream: Outside air enters through filters, passes through cooling coils for temperature reduction, then moves through the desiccant wheel for dehumidification before delivery to the workspace.
Exhaust Air Stream: Exhaust air provides energy recovery for the desiccant wheel, undergoing filtration, heating, and humidification before removing moisture from the process air stream.
