The ZCB Series Combined Industrial Desiccant Rotor Dehumidifier utilizes both refrigeration and desiccant rotor technology to independently control air humidity and temperature within a single packaged unit. This dual-system approach ensures precise environmental control for demanding industrial applications.
Outside air enters through the supply fan, passes through filtration and cooling coils, then moves through the silica gel desiccant wheel for dehumidification and temperature adjustment before delivery to the target space.
Exhaust air provides energy recovery for the desiccant wheel, undergoing filtration, heating, and humidification during the regeneration cycle to maintain optimal dehumidification performance.
