The ZCS-7000 Industrial Dehumidification System utilizes advanced rotary wheel adsorption technology with Swedish Proflute silica gel desiccant wheels. This system efficiently removes moisture from air through a continuous adsorption-desorption cycle, making it particularly effective in low-temperature, low-humidity environments.
The system features a slowly rotating wheel (6-10 revolutions per hour) that moves between two separate air streams. Process air passes through the wheel, transferring moisture to the desiccant material. The reactivation air stream, heated to approximately 54 kW, then removes the accumulated moisture from the wheel, completing the continuous dehumidification cycle.
