ZCB Series Pharmaceutical Desiccant Dehumidifiers combine refrigeration technology with desiccant rotor systems to provide independent control of both air temperature and humidity within a single packaged unit. This dual-action approach ensures optimal environmental conditions for sensitive manufacturing processes.
Outside air enters through the supply fan, passes through filtration and cooling coils, then moves through the desiccant wheel for final dehumidification and temperature adjustment before delivery to the controlled space.
Exhaust air provides energy recovery for the desiccant wheel system. This air is filtered, heated, and humidified during the regeneration process, effectively removing moisture absorbed from the process air stream.
