The ZCB-1500 Industrial Drying Equipment utilizes dual dehumidification technology combining refrigeration with a desiccant rotor system. This integrated approach enables independent control of both air humidity and temperature within a single packaged unit, providing comprehensive environmental management for industrial applications.
Supply Air Stream: External air enters through filters, passes through cooling coils for temperature reduction, then moves through the desiccant wheel for moisture removal and temperature elevation before distribution.
Exhaust Air Stream: Return air provides energy recovery for the desiccant wheel, undergoing filtration, humidification, and heating through regeneration coils to remove absorbed moisture.
