The ZCB Series Industrial Drying Equipment utilizes advanced dual-technology dehumidification, combining refrigeration with a desiccant rotor system. This integrated approach enables independent control of both air temperature and humidity within a single packaged unit, providing comprehensive environmental management for industrial applications.
Outside air enters through the supply fan, passes through filtration and cooling coils, then moves through the desiccant wheel for dehumidification and temperature adjustment before delivery to the target space.
Exhaust air provides energy recovery for the desiccant wheel system. The air undergoes filtration, heating, and humidification during energy recovery, with heated air removing moisture adsorbed from the process air stream.
