The ZCB Series Desiccant Rotor Dehumidifier combines refrigeration and desiccant rotor technology to independently control both humidity and temperature in a single packaged unit. This industrial-grade solution achieves extremely low humidity levels of ≤20% RH while maintaining precise temperature control.
Outside air enters through filters, passes through the cooling coil for temperature reduction, then moves through the desiccant wheel for dehumidification before being delivered to the target space.
Exhaust air provides energy recovery for the desiccant wheel, with filtered air being heated through the regeneration coil to remove moisture absorbed from the process air stream.
