Technical Operation

This industrial dehumidification system removes moisture from air using a desiccant material that attracts and holds water vapor. The system features a corrugated ceramic composite wheel impregnated with desiccant that rotates slowly (6-10 rph) between two air streams. Process air gives up moisture to the desiccant, while heated reactivation air removes moisture from the wheel, creating a continuous drying cycle.
