Product Overview
ZCB Series Industrial Desiccant Rotor Dehumidifiers combine refrigeration and desiccant rotor technology to independently control both humidity and temperature in a single packaged unit. This advanced system delivers precise environmental control for demanding industrial applications.
Operating Principle
Supply Air Stream
Outside air enters through the supply fan, passes through filters and cooling coil for initial conditioning, then moves through the desiccant wheel for final dehumidification and temperature adjustment before delivery to the target space.
Exhaust Air Stream
Exhaust air provides energy recovery for the desiccant wheel, undergoing filtration, heating, and humidification during the regeneration process to maintain optimal system efficiency.
