The ZCB Series Industrial Desiccant Air Dryer combines refrigeration and desiccant rotor technology to independently control both humidity and temperature in a single packaged unit. This advanced system is specifically designed for the biotechnology industry and other demanding applications.

Outside air enters through the supply fan, passes through filters and cooling coils for initial cooling, then moves through the desiccant wheel for dehumidification and temperature adjustment before delivery to the space or existing air handler.

Exhaust air provides energy recovery for the desiccant wheel. After filtration, the air is heated and humidified during energy recovery, then further heated through the regeneration coil to remove moisture from the desiccant wheel.
