Transmission Line Tools Suspension Insulator , Porcelain Insulator
High-voltage line anti-fouling disc-shaped suspension porcelain insulators are generally assembled into insulator strings for power lines of different voltage levels and different pollution areas. It is used in industrial dust, chemical, saline, alkali, coastal and foggy areas for insulation and fixed wires on high-voltage overhead transmission and distribution lines.
Stain-resistant insulators are divided according to their umbrella structure:
- Double-layer umbrella type: double-layer umbrella stain-resistant insulator has large creepage distance, open umbrella type, smooth and non-ribbed inside and outside the skirt, low ash deposition rate, good self-cleaning performance
- Bell-type type: bell-type type stain-resistant suspension insulators use different periods of moisture in the umbrella and the suppression discharge of the high-edge under the umbrella, and the anti-fouling performance is better.
- Straw hat type: straw hat type stain-resistant suspension insulator has a large diameter, generally placed on the top of the hanging string, which has a good effect on preventing bird damage and penetrating icing.
