Suspension porcelain insulator is made of porcelain pieces. Iron caps and steel feet are glued with not less than 525 Portland cement and quartz sand glue.

Common and stain-resistant insulators of the same strength class use the same ball and socket connection size to ensure interchangeability.

High-voltage line anti-fouling suspension porcelain insulators are suitable for industrial dust, coastal, chemical, saline-alkali and foggy areas, for insulation and fixed wires on high-voltage overhead transmission and distribution lines. Generally assembled into insulator strings for power lines in different polluted areas and different voltage levels.

Insulator in overhead transmission lines has two basic role, namely support wire and prevent the current back, these two functions must be guaranteed, and the insulators cannot be defeated due to various electromechanical stresses caused by changes in environmental and electrical load conditions, otherwise there won't have a significant role in the insulator. It will damage the whole line of use and operating life.
