Inspection before Operation
1. Check lubricating grease in open type gear box, if the lubricating grease is short, it shall be filled on the gear between two pulling wheels. Type of lubricating grease: general lithium base grease for automobile.
2. Check oil mass in hydraulic oil tank (taking lower limit of oil level scale as the standard), if the oil is short, it shall be filled. Oil type: 8D＃low solidifying hydrodynamic drive oil.
3. Check fuel oil in fuel tank of engine, if the fuel oil is short, it shall be filled.
4. Check engine oil, if the engine oil is short, it shall be filled to prescribed oil level
5. Check cooling water in water tank of engine, if the cooling water is short, it shall be filled (special explanation: Do add anti-freezing fluid if the ambient temperature is below 5°).
6. Check whether high-pressure oil pipe joints of hydraulic pump and motor are firm.
