Product Introduction
The Fruit Juice Drink Filling Machine is designed specially for bottle tea, juice and other kinds of functional drinks.
1. Fruit Juice Drink Filling Machine adopts center filling valves which are maximum flow rate and minimum bottle distortion during HOT filling.
2. Inbuilt CIP arrangement provided on the machine for fill tank and fill valve sanitation.
3. Dummy caps provided fitting on all filling valve CIP.
4. Fruit Juice Drink Filling Machine adopts automatic PLC to control valve washing cycle before commencement of every production cycle for overall hygiene.
5. Unique filling cam designs which prevents filling up to the bottle collar without spillage.
6. Bypass line provided for flushing the product fill tank after completion of CIP.
7. Supper heavy stainless steel juice tank build in this Fruit Juice Drink Filling Machine.

1). Within one month, if the machine is of any big fails, we will send you a new machine.
2). Within one year, if you send back the equipment for repair, we will be responsible for the repair, including the changes of accessories; Both of them are free of charge.
3). After one years, we offer to repair the machine, but we require for the cost of the changed parts, not for manual cost.
4). No responsibility for man-made destroy.
5). If the buyer has any questions from our technical department, we can supply on-line service Or we can send professional engineers to help you debug them.
