Introduction of pure water filling machine
1.Machine realizes continuous rinsing, filling, and capping in one machine. It is suitable for pure water, mineral water and drinking water.
2. It adopts advanced pressure filling with fast, steady, and precise filling. Material recirculating system is
equipped to avoid contacting with material, second pollution and oxidation.
3. We adopt magnetic torque capping head,which is high efficiency and low reject ration.
4. No bottle no filling, no bottle no capping. Once the caps are lack, the machine will stop automatically.

Washing part 1. The washing part is mainly composed of water distributor, bottle clamp, up turnplate, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray. 2. The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water. |
