Description:
Washing heads.
The bottle feeding method is that the air conveyor directly connects the bottle dial. All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads, water jet spray design, save water consumption, cleaner .304 / 316 stainless steel clamp with plastic pad to ensure bottle minimization during washing.
Filling heads.
304/316 stainless steel high precision filling nozzle. The filling volume is adjustable, fine grade, and the liquid level is the same after filling. All 304/316 stainless steel contacts and tanks, fine polished, no dead ends, easy to clean 304/316 stainless steel filling pumps.
Capping heads.
The placement and capping system, the electromagnetic capping head, has a load discharge function to ensure minimal bottle collapse during capping. Full 304/316 stainless steel construction. No bottles are not covered. Stop automatically when the bottle is missing.
Air conveyor.
The air conveyor is fixed to the floor with a fan mounted on the top. Air filters are located at each inlet of the fan to prevent dust from blowing into the bottle. The bottle is held on the neck of the conveyor and delivered to the filling machine by blowing power. All made of stainless steel SUS 304/316.
Flat conveyor.
Energy saving. high efficiency. Adapt to the customer's factory layout. Special lubrication system to keep products clean, healthy and safe. Extended service life. The electric eye design makes the whole line run safely and quickly.
