Equipment Structure & Configuration
Structural Overview
The equipment frame is constructed from A3 steel plate with aging treatment, featuring a 3-roller structure (1 upper, 2 lower). The lower rollers use fixed structures while the upper roller employs slider movement adjustment. Three sets of turbine box drives, powered by motors, adjust the upper and lower positions. The turbine boxes are connected by linking rods to ensure synchronization, while three independent wall plates are connected by shafts to maintain machine parallelism. The roller shaft diameter is 110mm with two sets of molds (inner arc and outer arc) and a 15KW main motor driving through a ZQ500 reducer and gears with 10m module.
