Our LC/PC Aqua Multimode OM3 Optical Fiber Patch Cords are engineered to eliminate Differential Mode Delay (DMD) effects that occur when single-mode signals are launched into multimode fiber systems. These patch cords are specifically designed for applications where new Gigabit 1000 BASE-LX routers or switches are being deployed into existing multimode infrastructure.
These fiber optic patch cords enable customers to upgrade their hardware technology without the costly replacement of their existing fiber plant. The Mode Conditioning Patch (MCP) technology significantly improves data signal quality and extends transmission distances for enhanced network performance.
