Rack supported mezzanines utilize pallet rack uprights to securely support the mezzanine level and its contents. These configurations include high bay pallet racking with walkways in the aisles between racks, as well as open mezzanines with floor decking resting on pallet rack upright columns.
The mezzanine framing members (joists and stringers) bolt to the upright columns to create the decking grid, providing stable and solid anchoring with higher frequency support columns.
