This fully automatic PET bottle sorting system consists of two integrated components: the bottle loading unit and the sorting machine. The system efficiently organizes disordered plastic bottles into production-ready orientation with bottle mouths consistently facing upward.

Bottles are elevated via conveyor belt to the umbrella-shaped tower, where they descend into bottle ascending devices. Strategic air blowers direct bottles into dropping grooves, while planetary wheels connected to the main motor axis via synchronous belts ensure precise bottle orientation and transfer to air conveyors.
