PET Bottle Distributor Machine Overview
This industrial PET bottle distributor system features a round barrel frame case with adjustable stand support for height and balance adjustment. An integrated air blower directs bottles into dropping grooves, while an upside-down bottle reversal device ensures proper bottle orientation throughout the process.
Working Principle
Operators feed bottles either through the bottle elevator hopper or directly from blowing machines. When activated, the bottle elevator transfers disordered bottles to the top of the unscrambler. Through rotation and air blowing action, bottles are directed into dropping grooves, with automatic correction of improperly oriented bottles.
