Plastic Bottle Distributing Machine Overview
This industrial-grade plastic bottle distributing system features a robust round barrel frame with adjustable stand support for precise height and balance control. The machine incorporates a rotating cylinder with bottle dropping grooves and ascending-descending devices, centered around a stable umbrella-shaped tower for optimal bottle handling efficiency.
Operating Principle
When activated, the bottle elevator receives disordered bottles that transfer to the umbrella-shaped tower top. Bottles then fall into ascending devices and are pushed into dropping grooves via cam action. The ordered bottles are subsequently conveyed through a planet wheel system into the air conveyor, powered by synchronous belt connection to the motor main axis.
