High-precision liquid filling equipment featuring bottle-neck block technology that prevents secondary contamination and enables filling of different bottle specifications within one machine. Production capacity ranges from 2000 to 250,000 bottles per hour with frequency-controlled electric motor for easy speed adjustment.
Advanced 85℃ spray sterilization process that automatically turns bottles 90° to sterilize inner bottle cap surfaces through material temperature control, followed by spray cooling for complete microbial protection.
