High Pressure Homogenizer Overview
This 3000LPH 25MPa microfluidics high pressure homogenizer is engineered for efficient processing of juice, milk, and similar liquid products. Available in multiple capacities from 500LPH to 6000LPH, it delivers superior homogenization performance for industrial applications.
Working Principle
The homogenizer operates through a sophisticated system comprising homogenization, transmission, lubrication cooling, and frame components. During operation, the plunger's reciprocating motion drives the pump's single-valve core and valve seat to open and close, generating high-pressure liquid flow. When this flow passes through the minute gap in the homogenization valve, it undergoes multiple forces including high-speed impact, grinding, shear, hole effects, and turbulence, resulting in fine emulsification and particle size reduction.
