Casing Advancer System Overview
The Casing Advancer features a robust concentric overburden drilling system designed for simultaneous advancement of casing up to 24" in diameter while drilling through fractured rock using conventional down-the-hole air hammers.
Core Components & Design
This system comprises three main components: Pilot Bit, Casing Shoe, and Heavy-Duty Ring Bit. The pilot bit securely locks into the ring bit via special locking lugs, forming an oversized hammer bit face loaded with premium carbide buttons for superior performance.

Operational Specifications
