Ultro thin Silver plated copper wire 0.04mm to 3.2mm for telecommunications

Application scope: This product is a good conductor for signal transmission, and can be widely used as connecting wire in computer, conductor in electronics and power industry, conductor in communication industry, aerospace, and other high temperature resistant conductors. For long-term use, the temperature is below + 200 C.

Technical parameters:

1. The resistivity of silver-plated copper wire is less than 0.017241.mm2/m and the temperature coefficient of resistance is 0.003931/(℃)

2. The surface of silver-plated copper wire should be smooth and colourless, and there should be no defects such as metal particles, burrs or any mechanical damage that may damage the product quality. The coating is continuously and firmly adhered to the surface of copper wire, and at high temperature of +(400 +5)degrees centigrade for 30 minutes. No staining, blackening and discoloration occur.

3. According to customer's requirements, silver-plated copper wire with a thickness of more than 1 micron should undergo 1-3 cycles of sodium polysulfide test without blackening.
