CuBe2 - UNS C17200 (Alloy 25) beryllium copper wire available in diameters from 0.08mm to 4.0mm, specifically engineered for extension spring applications.
Alloy Overview
C17200 is the most commonly utilized copper beryllium alloy, delivering exceptional strength and hardness while maintaining excellent electrical conductivity. This alloy achieves ultimate tensile strength exceeding 200 ksi and hardness approaching Rockwell C45, with minimum 22% IACS electrical conductivity in fully aged condition.
