ISO CuNi2/CuNi10/CuNi44 Copper Nickel Electrical Resistance Strip
CuNi10/CuNi2 Copper Nickel Alloy Electrical Resistance Strip/Wire For Electrical Heating Cable
Copper nickel alloys, also known as Cu-Ni, offers excellent corrosion resistance, especially in marine salt water environments. Copper nickel alloys that are generally chosen for sea water parts and service equipment contains 10 to 30 percent nickel.
Copper nickel alloy has low electric resistance, good heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant,easy to be processed and lead welded.
It isused to make the key components in the thermal overload relay, low resistance thermal circuit breaker, and the electrical
appliances. It is also an important material for electrical heating cable.
Copper Nickel (CuNi) alloys are medium to low resistance materials typically used in applications with maximum operating temperatures up to 600°C (1,110°F).
With low temperature coefficients of electrical resistance, resistance, and thus performance, is consistent regardless of temperature. Copper Nickel alloys mechanically boast good ductility, are easily soldered and welded, as well as have outstanding corrosion resistance. These alloys are typically used in high current applications requiring a high level of precision.
