Bright Annealed 0.05mm CuNi23 Copper Nickel Alloy Wire
20/22/24 AWG Copper Nickel Filament Wire CuNi23 Silver White Round Wire
Introduction:
The copper-based low resistance heating alloy is widely used in low-voltage circuit breaker, thermal overload relay, and other low-voltage electrical product. It is one of the key materials of the low-voltage electrical products. The materials produced by our company have the characteristics of good resistance consistency and superior stability. We can supply all kinds of round wire, flat and sheet materials.

The alloy is non-magnetic. It is used for electrical regenerator's variable resistor and the strain resistor,
potentiometers, heating wires, heating cables and mats. Ribbons are used for heating of bimetals. Another field of application is manufacturing of thermocouples because it develops a high electromotive force (EMF) in association with others metals.
Copper nickel alloy series:Constantan CuNi40 (6J40), CuNi1, CuNi2, CuNi6, CuNi8, CuNi10, CuNi14, CuNi19, CuNi23,CuNi30, CuNi34, CuNi44.
Due to high tensile strength and increased resistivity values, the copper nickel alloy wires are the first choice for applications as resistance wires. With the different nickel amount in this product range, the characteristics of the wire can be chosen according to your requirements. Copper nickel alloy wires are available as bare wire, or enamelled wire with any insulation and self-bonding enamel. Furthermore, litz wire made of enamelled copper nickel alloy wire are available.
CuNi23Mn is a copper-nickel alloy (CuNi alloy) with medium resistivity for medium-low temperature resistances. The alloy is suitable for use at temperatures up to 400°C (750°F)
CuNi23Mn is very malleable and has a good resistance to corrosion until temperatures of 400°C. Ideal applications areas are all types of resistances used at low temperature.
CuNi23Mn is typically used in heating cables, fuses, resistors and various types of controllers.
