How Ultrasonic Cleaning Works

Injection Mold Cleaning Procedure
- Fill the tank with appropriate chemistry and activate heating
- Ensure the tool model doesn't trap air and all surfaces are wetted
- Activate ultrasonic energy by turning the system on
- Remove cleaned tool model when cycle ends and ensure complete drainage
- Thoroughly rinse all surfaces with clean water
- Dry tool model by evaporation, air-drying, or forced hot air
