Designed to accommodate various anilox roller sizes commonly found in printing facilities, this machine features an adjustable length function to meet different cleaning requirements.
Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology
Ultrasonic energy creates cavitation in liquid, generating pressure differentials that provide the cleaning action. The system includes controlled timers to limit exposure time and prevent damage to anilox cells.
Higher line screen engravings require shorter cleaning times due to increased susceptibility to damage. For example: 800-line screen rolls (3 micron wall width, 8 micron depth) should not exceed 3 minutes, while 200-line screen rolls (7 micron wall width, 34 micron depth) can tolerate up to 20 minutes.

Ceramic anilox rolls cannot be properly cleaned with conventional mechanical methods due to their extremely fine cell cavities. While blast systems can clean coarse anilox rolls, only ultrasonic cleaners can thoroughly and safely clean the fine count anilox rolls used in modern printing operations.
