For high cleaning precision,the filtration and recycling system can be used.Thus for low energy water and consumption.Suitable to be fitted on single,multiple tanks,semi-auto, full automatic cleaning equipments.
A detailed introduction of ultrasonic tank and filter:
The storage tank has rough filtration function besides liquids storage. Fitted with floating oil isolation,scraping and sediment system and filter screen at open tank,to ensure pump long continous running and increase liquid efficiency.Liquid switch fitted to avoid pump working under liquid deficient,to realize timely fluid infusion.
Filtration modes: tertiary filtration.First,the overflowed liquid from cleaning tnak is roughly filtered by filter screen. Second,filtered liquid subsides and floating oil insulation,filtration in storage tank.Third,filtered liquid is pumped to SUS filter from tank.Filter precision: 50u (adjustable)
Functions:
Skymen industry series single tank ultrasonic cleaner equipment system includes transducer box and generator.
The transducer box and generator can be both build-in or separate but work together to do cleaning.
Transducer box immersible mounted in fluid tank, one side or both side or bottom mounted inside the tank.
The number and placement of transducers is selected to give maximum results.
Specification of tank dimension and transducer boxes are custom made available.
Either for mould of parts cleaning can receive perfect cleaning efficiency. Stainless steel basket is optional.
