Production Process
Raw waste paper materials are conveyed into the hydrapulper system where they mix with water to create pulp. The pulp undergoes consistency adjustment before being pumped to the forming machine, where vacuum technology shapes products on wiremesh molds. Finished wet products are automatically transferred to the drying line for complete dehydration.
