Raw materials (waste paper, cartons, newspaper) are conveyed into the hydrapulper system, mixed with water to create pulp. The pulp is adjusted to proper consistency, then pumped to the forming machine where vacuum pressure shapes products on wiremesh molds. Wet products automatically transfer to the six-layer drying line for complete drying before stacking and packaging.
