Working Principle

Raw material is carried into the conveyor via track or worker
Conveyor pours raw material into hydrapulper mixed with water
Mixed paper pulp flows into pulp adjustment pond for consistency control
Pulp enters supply pond to maintain stable consistency
Pulp is pumped into forming machine where fiber covers wiremesh mold via vacuum effect
Wet products are shaped on working platform
Wet products are transferred to heating area for drying and hot pressing
Final products undergo edging and disinfection processes
